Gan Goz Ame Beige Carpet
- wool and teak
Gan Goz carpet is a unique work of functional art, designed by a Japanese architect Kengo Kuma for the brand GAN Rugs. The Goz collection includes three models: Ame, Kiri i Tsuchi, whose names in Japanese mean rain, fog and earth respectively.
Rugs in this series combine undyed virgin wool z teak, creating a harmonious composition of natural materials. The patterns are created by alternating thick and thin strands of wool and incorporating teak rods, which gives the rugs a three-dimensional texture and unique character.
Every rug in the Goz collection is handwoven on traditional looms, which testifies to high craftsmanship and attention to detail. Model Kiri Light Grey is distinguished by its light gray color scheme and is the only one in the series with tassels at the ends, adding a subtle elegance to it.
Gan Goz rugs fit perfectly into modern and minimalist interiors, bringing warmth and naturalness to them. Through the use of high-quality materials and precise workmanship, they are not only a functional piece of equipment, but also a distinctive decorative accent.
